7-Day Easy Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted if:

You receive a damaged or defective product.

You receive the wrong product.

The product is unused and in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

Simply contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, where applicable.

Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Customized/personalized products and products damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for return.
