Return & Refund Policy – India Marketto

At India Marketto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized Products

Since most of our products are personalized and custom-made according to customer requirements (photo, name, design), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The product is damaged during delivery

The product received is different from what was ordered

There is a printing defect from our side

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos of the product

Our team will verify and offer replacement or refund

3. ​Unboxing Video Requirement: It is mandatory to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you begin opening the parcel.

Validity: The video must clearly show the shipping label (tracking ID) and the condition of the product as it is taken out of the box.
Reporting Time: Any damage or "wrong product" claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by the unboxing video, via our WhatsApp (+91-XXXXX-XXXXX) or Email.
Important Note: Claims for damages will NOT be entertained without a valid, uncut unboxing video

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once printing process starts, cancellation is not possible.
